In August 1941, around 500 Jewish men from Liubar were shot outside the town on the edge of a grove near Yurivka. <\/strong><\/p><p>This publication presents the life and death story of the Jewish community in the Ukrainian town of Liubar during the Holocaust. The town, located in Zhytomyr region of Ukraine, is one of the sites of the international project \u00abProtecting Memory\u00bb.
