The police immediately arrested the suspect and have now initiated the investigation. The Foundation Memorial to the Murdered Jews of Europe has filed a complaint. One of the glass panels for the chronology of the genocide was damaged, the protective film was destroyed, the glass pane itself, according to the first state of affairs, remained undamaged. The motivation for the attack is still unclear.<\/p>\n<p>Uwe Neum\u00e4rker, Director of the Stiftung Denkmal, commented on the crime: <em>&#8220;The Foundation condemns this act of violence.
