In her unforgettable speech, she described herself as &#8220;the voice of the six million mistreated and murdered Jews, and the voice of the few who escaped.&#8221;<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"> <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">She was the only one of her family to survive the Holocaust in eastern Poland. After the end of the war, she emigrated to Australia in 1950 via silesia and Paris. The fate of her family is part of the exhibition in the Information Center of the Holocaust memorial. In 2010, her autobiography was published under the title \u00bbDrang nach Leben\u00ab. Sabina van der Linden-Wolanski died on 23 June 2011 in Sydney surrounded by her family.
